How it’s divided.

Four rules keep the kit readable and keep every sponsor visible.

RULE 01

One logo per place

Nothing is shared or stacked. The place you buy is the place you get, at the printed size shown on the drawing.

RULE 02

The number area is reserved

Run For All require a clear panel for the race number. It is marked on the drawing and is never sold.

RULE 03

Pairs stay together

Sleeves and side panels are sold as matched pairs, so both sides of the kit always read the same.

RULE 04

Hem places are text only

The eight hem places print an X handle and nothing else. They are too small to hold a legible logo.

How it works.

Claim, send artwork, watch it run. Your place locks the moment you claim it.

STEP 01

Claim a place

Pick a number and pay the fixed price. Add a top-up if you want the total to go further. The place locks immediately so nobody else can take it.

STEP 02

Upload your PNG or handle

Logo places take a transparent PNG. Hem places take your X handle. Either way it appears on the drawing above as soon as it is submitted.

STEP 03

Watch it run

The finished kit is posted before race day. Afterwards you get the race photos and a public thank-you.

The race.

One runner, ten miles through York, past an expected crowd of up to 25,000, with one printed shirt carrying every sponsor across the line.

Donated in full

Every payment goes to The Island minus Stripe’s fees. Shirt, cap and printing are paid for separately, out of my own pocket.

Seen by 25,000

Run For All expect a crowd of up to 25,000 along the course. Your logo is in front of all of them, plus every race photo afterwards.

Fixed prices

No auctions, no negotiation. What is on the list is what you pay.

Top up freely

Every place accepts an extra donation on top of the minimum, and you can donate without taking a place at all.

Questions.

How much of my payment reaches the charity?

All of it goes to The Island, apart from Stripe’s fees, which come off when the card is charged. Prices are in US dollars while the account settles in pounds, so that is Stripe’s processing fee plus its currency conversion fee. Nothing is taken for the shirt, the cap or the printing — those are paid for separately, out of my own pocket.

What happens right after I claim a place?

The place locks so nobody else can buy it, and you are asked for your artwork there and then. Logo places take a PNG; hem places take your X handle. As soon as you submit it, the drawing on this page updates to show it.

What artwork should I send?

A transparent PNG under 250 KB. One-colour and two-colour marks print most cleanly on technical fabric. If your logo is a wide lock-up, a stacked version usually reads better at these sizes.

What are the hem places?

Eight small places along the front and back hem, four on each side, at $25. They print an X handle only — no logos, no names, just @yourhandle.

Can I pay more than the listed price?

Yes. Every checkout has preset top-ups and a field for any custom amount, and there is a Just donate button if you do not want a place on the shirt at all.

Will the race number cover my logo?

No. The number panel is reserved on the drawing and is not for sale, so nothing is printed underneath it.

Can an individual take a place?

Yes. A name, a message or a social handle works just as well as a company logo.

What if the race is cancelled?

The money has already reached the charity, so it stays there. The kit gets printed and run at the next available race of the same distance.
